1. ​What documents or information do I need for registration and travel?
A valid passport is required. For Singapore passport holders, no visa is needed for Cambodia. Please ensure you have your own travel insurance in place, and it must include emergency evacuation coverage.

2. Health & Safety: What do I need to be aware of?
Travel to Cambodia is generally safe, and we will be based in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh. There are currently no mandatory vaccinations or health checks required. However, we encourage you to check the latest advisories before departure.

3. What can I expect on arrival into Siem Reap? 
At the moment, Guests arriving on SQ164 on 26 November 2025 will be provided transport to Angkor Grace, and luggage will be stored till check-in at Royal Angkor Resort.


4. What happens if my flight is delayed? 
As soon as you are aware of a flight delay, contact the assigned point-of-contact. The following are two options to consider
  • Option 1: Upon arrival, take a Grab taxi directly to the hotel. 
  • Option 2: Request for hotel pick-up to be arranged. 

5. Lost Belongings

For lost baggage due to a flight, please liaise with the airline's lost and found office. Also, inform the assigned point-of-contact.
If you lose luggage or personal items during the trip, please inform the assigned point-of-contact immediately. Assistance will be provided as needed.Your travel insurance will generally require a police report.

6. Local Support: Who is the local emergency contact?
Growthbeans Singapore works closely with our Cambodian partner, HRINC, who will serve as the local point-of-contact in case of emergencies. Details will be provided to participants pre-departure..

7. Accommodation & Roommates
Roommates will be assigned, but where possible you may request a preferred roommate. If you ever feel uncomfortable, room changes can be made.

8. Connectivity: Will there be access to Wi-Fi and phone charging facilities?
All hotels provide Wi-Fi, and most of our locations also have good access to Wi-Fi. Phone charging facilities are available at all accommodations.

9. Payments 
Credit and debit cards are accepted in a number of places in Cambodia, but we recommend carrying some cash (preferably in small USD notes such as $20). Please note that damaged notes will not be accepted.

10. Water
Drinking water will be provided during the programme. Participants are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottle. Bottled water is also widely available, but tap water should be avoided.

11. Pre-Trip Briefings: Will there be a briefing and get get-together with the participants who will be joining before the trip?
Two participant briefings will be held, one in the second week of October and another just before departure. These sessions will help you prepare and give you the opportunity to connect with fellow participants beforehand.
